4800 Cumbrian Lakes is a peaceful place to come home to, yet is so close to all the excitement that makes Florida the number one tourist destination in the world.

Our home is a detached single storey villa with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is part of an exclusive development as seen on ITV's "I want that house". It has a 15'x30' fully screened, heated, illuminated pool with an extended pool deck. The patio area has sun loungers, dining table and comfortable chairs for relaxing after a hard day at the theme parks.

Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community just off Poinciana Boulevard where there is a feeling of serenity and security. As you would expect with a name like Cumbrian Lakes, there are several lakes here. Two have a gentle fountain that plays in the centre and is lit up at night. A paved nature trail surrounds the main lake and people can be seen enjoying a walk, bike ride or jogging here.

For lovers of nature, the sparkling lakes at Cumbrian Lakes are visited by many crane, osprey and blue heron and the occasional American bald eagle can be seen flying overhead. A communal kids play area is provided for the entertainment of the little ones and there is plenty of open space to enjoy a picnic or a ball game here too.
