Living Area
The tastefully furnished lounge is the central focus of the open plan
living area, with double doors leading onto the pool deck. It has a feel for
New England with welcoming sofas, whitewashed furniture, and luxury
carpets.

An overhead fan is in addition to the climate controlled
villa air conditioning. The entertainment armoire holds a 32" TV with Satellite TV, Video, DVD and Playstation 2.
The sofa bed opens out to a queen-sized bed.
Kitchen/Dining area
The fully-equipped kitchen has a large American fridge/freezer with built-in ice maker, electric cooker,
dishwasher, microwave, and filter coffee machine. In addition there is
iron and ironing board, ample pots and pans, picnic ware and a large wheeled ice
box for days at the beach. It overlooks the dining area which has a
table and chairs. Just off the kitchen is a well-equipped
utility/laundry area, with a top-loading washing
machine and large tumble dryer. Washing line and pegs for drying clothes are
situated in the garage which is connected to the villa via an internal door.
